Mindful Art Workshop

Mindful Art Workshop is a therapeutic group for adults to learn stamping, printmaking and art journaling. The workshop aims to create a safe space where clients can feel relaxed and calm, and be able to express and cope with anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed. Group members are encouraged to work together while supporting each other’s accomplishment to build a sense of community.

The workshop aims to create a safe space where people can feel relaxed and calm and learn to cultivate peaceful minds. People are encouraged to find inspiration from within their own mind and heart. Group members are encouraged to work together while supporting each other’s accomplishments to build a sense of community and friendship.

Clients are invited to attend weekly 2 hour classes for a duration of 8-10 weeks. Group sizes are kept small so everyone feels supported to learn and grow.
